How do I pay for my oil delivery?

Payment is due at time of placing the order. We accept all major debit and credit cards with no extra fees. We do not accept personal checks.

Do you have lock ins, budgets, or automatic delivery?

We do not offer lock in pricing because our price fluctuates with the market on a daily basis. We quote daily for the next delivery day. We do offer automatic deliveries and budget plans. Please contact the office for more information.

Do you offer quantity discounts?

Yes, our quantity discount starts when 300 gallons or more is ordered. Please contact our office for quotes on any quantity discounts.

Do you have service contracts?

For service contracts and repairs, we recommend that you call (203) 627-5656 for more information.

What is the policy for emergency deliveries?

We do make emergency deliveries Monday through Friday in the winter season. They will be taken at the discretion and availability of Pay-Less Oil. The fee for this emergency service is $50.

Although we cannot provide you with an exact time, we will only take the delivery if we can guarantee that the delivery will be made that day. The minimum delivery is 100 gallons + the emergency charge.
